French Louis XV giltwood console, 18th century, green marble top

Rococo style with mascaron lion frieze, ornately sculpted, feathers joining the elegant legs. A beautiful model. Thick green marble top with white veins.

The gilding has been retouched in places, and some restorations were done to the marble. Thanks to the very high quality of the craftsmen, these restorations are not visible and this console is in a rare and very good state notwithstanding its great age.
